Anja Puntari is engaged with how to take the "artistic way of thinking and doing" from the contemporary art field to the work practices of organizations and to teaching activities. In the past she has had solo and collective shows in many different European countries and in India, Canada, Turkey and Israel. For 7 years she was lecturer at NABA - Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti Milano in the Facuty of New Media Design. 

Today Puntari is partner and Senior Business Coach in Performant by SCOA, a business coaching company in Milan, Italy and Trainer at SCOA - The School of Coaching. She has developed flowknow® a type of personal and human resource method where approaches from Contemporary Art practices and the field of Business Coaching come together as one.

She has been twice advisor to the European Commission in Horizon 2020 Framework Programme for Research and Innovation in SMEs. She is a founding member and President of GRASP Network, an international no profit organization based in Vienna, Austria, that has the mission to create knowledge and understanding through artfull thinking. She is a columnist for Persone e Conoscenze, HR magazine of ESTE editions and a frequent conference speaker on the role of art, creativity and innovation for business in various international contexts and conferences.
